We want to talk about healthy, nutrient-dense foods (and others, too, of course), news and information items (current and otherwise), the BROKEN allopathic medical system and the need for alternative medicine, weather, farming - hey, you name it!

All last week it was chilly, foggy and drizzly here. Then on Saturday, when I needed it to be cooler when we had our cream can dinner (and did the cooking in the house on the stove rather than outdoors because it was too windy) it was 87 degrees. Would ya just know it?!

Now, once again, all this week it's been downright cold. This morning when I got up at 5:30 it was 37 degrees and drizzly, and now, at about 1:30 p.m., it's 44 degrees and cloudy. Supposed to get more rain this afternoon & evening. My "greenhouse" flowers are sitting outside waiting to be planted in the pots on my two decks, but they seem to be tolerating the cold quite well, even the pansies! I hope we get enough warm weather throughout the summer to sustain a few flowers!! Global warming anyone? (what a crock, huh?)

Every morning the sunrise (what there is of it) has been just gorgeous because of the dense layers of fog. Between the layers, the pink/lavender sky is something to behold. Looks like something out of pictures that used to be in the older bibles. I wonder why bibles today have no pictures? Hmmm, hafta check that out sometime.
