They (meaning ALL news outlets), for some reason, always seem to fail to include the Mountain Time Zone when offering up stuff to watch. They always announce Eastern and Central, it seems, but from there it goes downhill as though beyond the Central Time Zone there's nothing! Hey, it's all right with me if they just keep ignoring us - less attention of any kind is a good thing if you ask me!

Sounds like the organic folks don't care much for hydroponic foods any more than I do. Food needs the microorganisms found only in soil. Growing stuff in water simply doesn't cut it in my book, either.

I agree. The soil has the nutrients that the plant uptakes and we eat. If the soil, or lack of soil, doesn't have "natural" nutrients, then the food is not nutritious.
