Sounds like D-Mannose can do all of this. I have a couple of friends who used this stuff a while back and I don't remember any of them shouting from the rooftops about it, but then again their urinary problems were resolved, I don't know about gut issues or weight loss, however. I need to find out if they're still using this stuff or not. I don't think you have to buy the stuff from mercola (although it's advertised in this article, of course) but I wanted to find the ingredients in his brand and could not find a way to view the label on his bottles. I don't buy anything from anyone without knowing what's in it and what's in the capsule.

Still this is good reading, and should be passed on to friends and family with such issues. Everyone needs good gut health, too.
