My body will not tolerate probiotics in pill or capsule form. I've tried taking many varieties over the past 4 years, but they simply do not like me. Soooooo, I get my probiotics only from fermented foods, so it's a hit and miss at best. Whenever I go to my naturopath he checks things over and says probiotics just don't like me - so we agree! We also agree about fermented foods being the only and best option. So I'm always on the lookout for more recipes, although I detest exotic foods, i.e., foods that contain things like fish sauce and other strange things, so they need to be simple recipes. I love fermented veggies, except I detest fermented seaweed. I don't even like dried seaweed, so I use kelp tablets. 8-)

I already do the omega 3 in the form of a good EFA formula, and I also get the EPA and DHA from that EFA.

I also think my D3, K2, i-plex, and spray Vitamin C are some good things I do for myself. I've recently started taking NAC and ALA again, as well.
