We want to talk about healthy, nutrient-dense foods (and others, too, of course), news and information items (current and otherwise), the BROKEN allopathic medical system and the need for alternative medicine, weather, farming - hey, you name it!

. . . the planet is a whole lot less alive than it used to be. . . we killed that life. . . we replaced it with metal, bricks, plastic and concrete. Mass consumption leads to mass extinction. And that is fully predictable, it always was; there’s nothing new there.

We killed 58% of all vertebrate wildlife just between 1970 and 2012, and at a rate of 2% per year we will have massacred close to 70% of it by 2020, just 4 years from now. So what does it matter who’s president of just one of the many countries we invented on this planet?

Why don’t we address what’s really crucial to our very survival instead?

There are allegedly serious and smart people working on, dreaming of, and getting billions in subsidies for, fantasies of human colonies on Mars. This is advertized as a sign of progress and intelligence. But that can only be true if we can acknowledge that our intelligence and our insanity are identical twins. Because it is insane to destroy the planet on which we depend one-on-one for everything that allows us to live, and at the same time dream of human life on another planet.

This is an extremely long article but good to read. It's sort of a rant by a guy I never even heard of but he makes several good points. I've been saying for quite a while that as long as we keep building stuff, we are diminishing the amount of pasture land in America - and that can only lead to further destruction of mankind. He says basically the same thing. I can't say I'm as concerned about the animals of the planet as he is, I'm much more concerned about the people. But if that's how he wants to make his point, so be it. We might have made a mistake by hiring a contractor to be our President because he still believes in building constantly, and he also still believes in eminent domain, which is nothing more than legal theft from the citizenry. How could anyone possibly call it anything else? But - - he's still 100% better than anything we would have gotten under a hillary socialist regime. Call it what you want but she wanted a caste system to be developed and used once again. It didn't work in history and it wouldn't work now. ( )

Anyway, give this a look-see:

He and I have one thing in common - we don't believe for a minute all the mass hysteria about climate change and how it's man-made yada yada boo boo. That's just malarkey and anyone with half a clue knows it.
