We want to talk about healthy, nutrient-dense foods (and others, too, of course), news and information items (current and otherwise), the BROKEN allopathic medical system and the need for alternative medicine, weather, farming - hey, you name it!

I've not heard of this before. Here are a few links with information.

I knew a doctor that was reprimanded for taking patients off statins so not to loose the license, the patients were to also take Co-Q 10...That doctor actually read things and did research.

Well, plain old CoQ10 does something in our bodies because I cannot take it - makes my heart pound like mad and if there's one thing I don't need it's more heart pounding other than what I get from my prolapsed valve. I don't know if the CoQ10 doesn't agree with my beta blocker or if it simply doesn't like me or if I maybe don't need it in my body, but I avoid the stuff. Have tried multiple different brands over the past few years but I get the same reaction no matter the brand or type.
