This sounds kinda good. However, the recipe calls for canola oil and I would never buy that junk, so I think I would substitute 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/4 cup warmed coconut oil mixed together for the "oil" part. I can't imagine why the lady who writes this blog still can't get it through her head that canola oil is just plain nasty and no one should be using it much less promoting it. Ewwww.

Also, I would never, ever make that much frosting. Make about 1/2 of the batch she gives instructions for and then maybe don't use it all!
