We want to talk about healthy, nutrient-dense foods (and others, too, of course), news and information items (current and otherwise), the BROKEN allopathic medical system and the need for alternative medicine, weather, farming - hey, you name it!

Something sorely lacking in WADC.

And since I'm not really a "prepper" (except water), I'm probably the last person who should be preaching the cause. But this article sorta brought it home in a different way. What I keep on hand at all times, just because of the way I shop, will help us to survive for at least a couple of weeks. Maybe not 3 meals a day, but enough to survive. That doesn't mean prepping, however. I'm not prepared to buy all these survival foods until I know what's in them and so far, the companies I've written to about their ingredient lists have not answered me back. Imagine that.

At any rate, since this is a religious holiday weekend, I'm going to post this article and hope others think about the message in it, as I did.
